What are the age groups for a Child and Senior tickets?

A Child ticket is 2 to 12 and a Senior ticket is 60+. Children under 2 who do not require a seat are free.

What is the booking fee for?

To guarantee you can get your tickets to the hottest movies before they sellout we offer the convenience of purchasing tickets online. To ensure we can maintain this service for our valued guests we charge a small fee per ticket. The charge per ticket is displayed in the Order Summary which is shown on the right side of the screen during the purchase process. The convenience fees cannot be refunded.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds after printed showtime. Refunds can be requested in person or by calling 402-502-1914. Convenience fees cannot be refunded.

Where can I find information on prices?

Pricing varies by day of the week and time of day. You can view prices by clicking on a showtime for the movie you'd like to see.

What is your policy on tickets purchased through Fandango.com

Tickets purchased through Fandango.com can be used at any Main Street Theatres’ Location. What is your policy on tickets purchased through MoviePass

Tickets purchased through MoviePass can be used at any Main Street Theatres’ Location. Main Street Theatres is a proud partner with MoviePass. For any questions or problems with MoviePass please contact them directly for support.

What are the restrictions for special engagements?

Unfortunately, Special Engagements carry a pass restriction. Most new releases are considered a Special Engagement but check movie times and tickets for more details.

What payment types do you accept for tickets?

At the box office, we accept cash, Main Street Theatres Gift Cards or the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Sorry, no bartering. Online orders can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do you provide a student/teacher discount?

Yes, you must provide a valid student/teach ID at our box office to receive your discount. Student/Teacher discounts are not available for online ticket purchases.

Do you provide a military discount?

Yes, you must provide a valid Military ID at our box office to receive your discount. Military discounts are not available for online ticket purchases.

Can I purchase movie tickets online?

Yes, you can purchase tickets online! Your most efficient way is to use acxcinemas.com.

How do I find out what movies are available?

When a movie is currently available at a Main Street Theatres’ Location it will appear on our webpage NOW SHOWING. Showtimes and film availability at any Main Street Theatres’ Location may change daily. We typically book their show schedules weekly on Tuesdays. A new show schedule valid for Friday through the weekend should be out Tuesday afternoon, or at the latest, Wednesday evening. The remaining days should be posted by Friday evenings. All showtimes are subject to change.

What time does the theater open?

Main Street Theatres has a policy of opening a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the first showing of the day. This allows sufficient time for our guests to obtain access to our facilities and redeem or purchase tickets and concessions. Theatre management at their discretion may open the facility earlier in the event they deem such action to be necessary.

Are there any exclusions or blackout dates for weekly specials?

All ticket prices including special promotions such as, but not limited to, Treat Yourself Tuesday and student/military pricing are subject to studio, holiday, & opening day exclusions. Tuesday showtimes on Christmas day (12/25) and New Year’s Day (1/1) are not eligible for special Tuesday pricing.

Where can I find information regarding closed captioning or assistant listening devices?

Main Street Theatres strives to provide the ultimate moviegoing experience to all customers. Closed captioning, descriptive narration and assistive listening devices are available at most theatres to make the experience accessible to our deaf, hard of hearing, blind and visually impaired moviegoers. Assistive Technology Devices are available for showtimes and films that are encoded with captions or descriptions, upon request from the theatre box office for no charge. For large parties, please call the theatre in advance to secure the appropriate number of devices.
